1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Note: Items marked as final sale, customized products, or opened personal care items are not eligible for return.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@kualicheng.com.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at service@kualicheng.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
